Based on the Limesurvey template "Default" this template was completely overworked. The former table based layout was replaced by a clear DIV based layout which can easily be adjusted.
We also commented out the styles responsible for styling odd pages in different color because this doesn't look nice and the color changes just irritate the user.

Summary:

• Main colors: white, blue, grey
• Question elements are centered within the main DIV and question/answer texts are left aligned
• Logo can be placed left, centered, right or use the complete header width
• Clean CSS/DIV layout which is easy to adjust
• Tested with all major desktop browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari)
• Compatible to Limesurvey v1.87, v.1.90, v1.91, v1.92 and Limesurvey 2.0 (Please import template via template editor!)
